 Opened brand new division in Allentown. In charge of all aspects of process from contracting building of shop to utilities and hiring. Was in charge of 8 production line techs, 2 shipping persons and 2 regional couriers. Responsible for all P&Ls for Region. Supported surge activities during pandemic providing emergency lifesaving repairs to ventilators and O2 concentrators to customers in hard hit NY area. Successfully brought the Service Center to $1 Million in revenue it's first year(only center to accomplish this goal in company history. When I left, Allentown was the most profitable location and most successful business unit and on-pace to have a $1.5 Million dollar year.
