Duties: Supervised Technical Service and Parts Departments. Started with an already good department and shaped it into a more profitable, and efficient one. Coordinated new game installations between two plants and customers worldwide. Began new procedures to track failures, customer calls and technical problems. Completely computerized repair and parts ordering procedures, saving time and paper. Conducted numerous technical seminars on amusement games and redemption game management. Completed repairs on numerous amusement machines. Including troubleshooting to the PCB level and replacement of electronic components, Troubleshooting of Mechanical devices and structural repairs. Trained 3 technicians in this capacity.
