Senior Product Support Specialist/Healthcare Technical Trainer in the Medical Grade Refrigeration Cell. Responsible for incoming technical service calls from medical staff, sales and service personnel. Responsible for helping end users work through programming issues and minor technical problems with their Medical Grade Refrigeration Units. Also serves as liaison between Service Companies and End Users for Warranty work. Dispatches Service Companies when needed to end users location to complete warranty work. Coaches and trains Service Company technicians in the repair of Medical Grade Refrigerators. Completes parts orders for warranty parts to end users and Service Companies when needed and insures they are expedited.
Served as one of the Senior Techs in the Ice Machine Section.
Conducts training seminars throughout the country in support of the Sales and Service Department.
